Linen old and improper for use. Worse than many Motels..

I paid and booked this hotel location. When I arrived, they had overbooked and made me drive to a different hotel 15 minutes away. No reimbursement or apologies. It was completely unacceptable.

No customer service appliances not working property

Minimal amenities- no housekeeping, no breakfast, no place for ice or drinking water, few tv channels, very thin and small sheets that don’t fully cover the mattress so you wake up on the actual mattress. Very loud hallways

Filthy Nightmare This place is disgusting. Animals are roaming free and relieving themselves in the hallways. Had to leave for another hotel even though I had paid for another week.
