Nice stay. Stay was good overall. Had a small problem with tv and heater on one evening, but resetting them seemed to fix that. Reported it to desk. Everything else worked good. Friendly and polite employees. Room just a bit overpriced as room shows fair amount of wear.

B real fast was coffee and oatmeal. Dark halls . Room seemed cleaned but all of the hotel needs an update
Fine for a 2 night stay Stayed 2 nights. It was fine for our stay. Had appointments at Cleveland Clinic so we mainly needed a place to lay our heads.

Where's the food, water,ice?

As far as your concerns/questions. we have vending machines on the first floor, grab and go breakfast snack like items 6am-9:30am everyday, ice trays in your freezer-no ice machine in the building. If this was not suggested to you at checkin my apology. Hopefully you will stay with us in the future.
