I love that it has a kitchen. I dont always have to dine outside so I can do grocery and cook. That's a plus! I wish they have hairdryer tho. That would have been great.

The young lady at the front desk was nice and accommodating and the hotel is in a good area with lots of other hotels, visibility, and traffic. The hotwl itself is a bit dated and could use some upgrades. Also, I question the cleanliness.

I stayed in 302 06/25/2021 No shower curtain trash behind chair remote didn’t work other than that cool room had real strong Oder of a cat urine

I liked that it was close to the highway, but overall the hallways smelled and the things I cared about weren’t always super clean and updated. The carpet was old, the comforter was really worn, the fridge has leftover food in it. I guess you get what you pay for.

Better than Red Roof Inn or Knight's Inn Well it was much better for the price I paid for other hotels I used on Hotel'scom in the past such as the Knight's Inn or Hilltop Hotel. I was overall happy. My only disappointment was that they do NOT changes or replace towels and bedsheets on a daily basis but again I did not know Extended Stay America operated that way since I inquired. I have stayed at other hotels and they make your bed, cleaned up and changed towels. Other than that it was clean compared to other hotels I used.... read more
