Not good The room has stuff on the walls, doors and the room smell sour like it was a coverted smoke room. The bed was uncomfortable and who only put three pillows on a bed not 4.

My wife has severe sciatica and needs to sleep in a recliner. The personnel at Extended Stay went out of their way to provide us with a room with a comfortable recliner which made my wife's stay so much more relaxing. The staff were courteous and friendly. A GREAT place to stay. We will be back every time we visit Cleveland.
