Not good The room has stuff on the walls, doors and the room smell sour like it was a coverted smoke room. The bed was uncomfortable and who only put three pillows on a bed not 4.

My wife has severe sciatica and needs to sleep in a recliner. The personnel at Extended Stay went out of their way to provide us with a room with a comfortable recliner which made my wife's stay so much more relaxing. The staff were courteous and friendly. A GREAT place to stay. We will be back every time we visit Cleveland.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the're were enough towels for the overnight stay.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Usually I have trouble sleeping in a strange bed but that was not the case this time.
