Nice hotel, rooms are big,2 Restaurants next to hotel also a mall. 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland driving.

Stayed one night for a wedding. The room we stayed in was fine. The original room we were given (granted, this was what was available for an early check-in) smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though the entire hotel was non-smoking. I was happy they could put us in a decent room but that should be cleaned out. Also, they advertise the breakfast as "grab-and-go" which it really was. Granola bars, pre-wrapped muffins, coffee/tea/hot chocolate. That's pretty much it.

Nice hotel clean,pillows gave me a neck ache and headaches, only 6miles from downtown

disgruntled it was fine, I am just upset that we didn't get the room we booked for.. I feel like that should go in order of booking.. if I reserved a double bed room that's what I need.. everything else was fine
Room was fine. But you could get a contact high walking from the elevator to the room because the hallway reecked of weed.
