Room was horrible with smell of smoke When I checked in there were no smoking signs all over the property and the floor of my room. However when I walked into my room, it was clear someone had smoked in there. I opened all the windows and went to call the front desk, but there was not a phone in my room. Special needs met without question. My wife has severe nerve damage in her lower back and needs to sleep in a recliner. We asked the staff at Extended Stay if one could be made available. They went out of their way to meet our request and even moved the recliner to room nearest the lobby to minimize the walking distance. Everyone on staff was friendly and courteous. We have found a new home when we need to travel to visit the Ohio family.

Asi Asi The front desk was excellent, the room was nice and clean. The last time I stayed here it was horrible, (I stay for the location). Management seems to be lacking, however the staff is very friendly and helpful. So it middle of the road lodging at best. the Wi Fi sucks!!!!!!!!!

Not what I expected For what I paid, I have had better experience at other hotels for that price. Staff was not friendly at all. Most times the front desk person was "hiding" in the office or had their face buried in the computer. On arrival the spiel was robotic. No good morning. The free breakfast was disappointing.
