Many rooms appear to be occupied by locals renting for a place to stay. As such they are prone to acting like it is their property and do as they like without regard to others. Noise late into the night, tepid water for showers in my room. Staff reported nothing to be done about that.

Don't waste your money! Horrible customer service, should probably replace the manager with a person who actually has manners. Not one good experience at this location. Lots of drug deals done on the property, along with fighting and arguing in the hallways, all hours of the night. Definitely not returning.

It was not good. Stayed two nights. That was too long. Complimentary breakfast was awful. Coffee was in drinkable. Will never stay at sn Extended Stay America again!!

Smelled bad. Pillows were lumpy, holes in the wall and bugs. Stains on the sink. Smelled like an old cigarette. Didn’t shower because it felt dirty. Left as soon as we could.

It was nothing like the pictures on line , the place was dirty and falling apart, the kitchen was not equipped with anything to cook with or eat on , the end tables had chunks out of them ,making them sharp, I went down to the lobby and asked for a refund ,which I did,also when checking in they told us the breakfast would be here in the morning, which he pointed to a table hardly bigger than a tv tray , only had 2 tables to sit at and one of them had some dented can goods and some apples sitting on it , Dobt stay here!
