Housekeeping stole my apple wall charger
What a disaster! I pre-paid for this hotel and was disappointed with the overall appearance and grungy feel of this place. The hallways smelled like a cigar bar. Once I got into my room I could hear other people arguing in the hall about excess noise. The room was clean but not very appealing. Then we hit the jackpot! At 1 a.m. the fire alarm went off. much less than expected To begin with the service at the front desk was not up to what a modern hotel should be. The rooms dont even offer the mni-bottle of shampoo... I dont know if I just didn´t understand the concept, but a miniature bottle of shampoo? Come on! The room clearly smelled of smoke when I reserved a non smoking. The hall ways smelled like some one was contantly cooking (they do have kitchens in the rooms). Very noisy neighbors (at least my next door), kept the room door opened most of the time. Not good value for price Room marked non smoking smelled strongly of smoke, phone not working. Got changed to a smaller room with a toilet that ran unless you jiggled the handle. Advertised breakfast turned out to be coffee, breakfast bars,fruit. Night clerk was not helpful but day ckerks were good. Outdoor pool very small but well maintained. Bed mattress saggy and creaky. Kitchen furnishings were on the lite side. I have never been in a hotel that did not furnish shampoo or a hair dryer, luckly a store was close.

Our room was very shabby with worn out carpet. The refigerator was so noisy I had to turn it off.
Studio Plus Nice folks, but...bed/mattress was old/springy. Noisy heater cycled on every 2 to 4 minutes. Finally decided we could sleep better cold than enduring the noise.
