We have stayed at this location multiple times and we have been very pleased with everything. However, this last stay was very disappointing. The wait to check in was long, there was loud banging coming from the room above, there was a couple arguing above us for 2 nights straight and we complained about it. There were ants in the room and the coffee table edge fell apart as well as the tub not draining.

Front desk was no help. During our stay our electric went out for couple hours.

The room was not clean at all. The frig was dirty and the sheets looked as if they hadn’t been change. Under the sink was dirty as well

It was trash in the room and they was nonchalant about it and they didn’t give me cooking utensils I had to go ask for them
