We couldn’t have the room that we reserved online!!!!!!!!!!!

It snowed heavily and the hotel plowed me in. I asked if there was someone to shovel me out and the clerk pointed to a shovel for me to dig out with and said "there's no one else here".. Thanks a lot

Fleas, dog hair everywhere we left with sore throats and stuffy noses and bites.
