Went for a anniversary weekend getaway--stay-cation if you will--and we were disappointed. We asked for the bed to be made up and was told that would be an extra charge?? And they only do that once a week?? I understand it is an "extended stay" hotel, but we were only there for the weekend and just wanted to come back to our room in a neat, clean condition, The hotel itself looks like a cheap apartment building, Was so very disappointed and will not be going back.

It was opposite ends of the spectrum Room looked clean. But Sofa bed mattress had horrible stains + no bedding. Finally got bedding but they had NO pillows. 4 people with 3 SMALL pillows. Next morning clerk fixed the pillow problem quickly. People loitering in parking lot late at night.

Don't go back Can't believe I spent three nights here. Everything is done on the cheap. Hospitality is not their goal. Barest minimum is provided. One eight ounce plastic cup. Cheapest, oldest appliances. Drab color. Poor condition of old furniture. Old carpet. You do not feel like a guest here, you are an inconvenience. Stay elsewhere, anywhere else!!

Bad taste in our mouths To start the lady at the front desk was rude to us. The first night once we finally got our 3 yr old to sleep the fire alarm went off for 30 min. The next day the alarm went off right as we were putting him down for a nap. I asked the rude lady at the desk what could be done to make us feel better about what had happened and she told me it was too had and there was nothing that could be done. Wow It smelled, jewelry left on bathroom floor, burn holes in comforter, staff was ok but only apologizes for the mistakes doesn't really solve them because we booked on Hotwire.
