Smells bad in halls! no towels by pool. No linen for pull out sofa! Pull out sofa gave me backaches!
The knock at night The front office manager didn't fill out the correct paperwork and at 12am I had someone knocking at my door and then my room got a phone call...I was so creeped out I called the front desk from my cell and they told me they messed up the paperwork and didn't know I was in the room. The front desk lady said she was sorry. Then at 7am I heard knocking at my door again and as I was waking up yelling "Hello I'm still in here" the front desk attended opened my door while I was still in bed. Great hotel staff, not the greatest of accommodati Staff was very friendly, but for a nonsmoking hotel, I was disappointed that my bedding smelled of cigarette smoke. TV reception & limited offering of channels was disappointing. I did enjoy all interactions with front desk staff. They were quite friendly & courteous.
Bad choice Dirty rooms , dirty bathrooms , bad smell all over the hotel

Pick another hotel They have a kitcken with nothing in it.NOTHING! Not even a cup in the bathroom.i had to buy paper plates,cups and utensils.air conditioner that had to be unplugged because the switch was broken.
Sad and Disappointing. There was a bug under the plastic cup on the bathroom counter. The phone in the room did not work. The walls and base boards were dirty. The sheets seemed clean but were worn beyond belief. The screen in window was broken and flapped all night in the wind. The wallpaper in the room as well as in the hallways were peeling and torn There was food left in the fridge. Too much to go on, but I think this paints the picture of why I will NEVER stay at Extended Stay America again.

It was a below average hotel. Nothing that made me take note of.
So-so stay Room was comfortable, though after seeing something sticky on the table and some bathroom stains you could tell it hadn't had a deep cleaning in a while. Kitchen area floor was sticky, so I made sure to wear something on my feet at all times. Hallways had a smell to them- again, a deep cleaning would seem to be needed, or just replace that carpet. The laundry/vending machine room card reader was broken, so every time we wanted in there we had to go hunt down the desk manager to let us in. Why doesn't mgmt fix it? ... read more

We flew in to Cleveland late Thursday night. Most of the hotels near the airport were full. I chose this hotel based on the ratings from Hotel.com which gave it a good rating. The room was an efficiency room. When I walked into the kitchen area my feet stuck to the floor. Previous bookings through hotels.com were right on spot with the ratings of the hotel. This one should have been fair to poor.
