nice place the only problem was coffee was only available in the morning

I like this extended stay in Middleburg heights it was very clean and quiet and no issues I'll be back!!

What did you come to work for It was good the first day then the next day the staff acted like they did not have time to wait on guest ,they act like they were to busy doing other things.

The main reason I selected this hotel over the others in the area was the fact that breakfast was included. I was extremely disappointed to find out that not only was breakfast not provided but there wasn’t even coffee in the room or available. I feel that should be addressed and edited from the description.

I purchased a suite room with 2queen beds and a sofa bed but they gave me a regular room with 2 twin beds but the front desk lady offer me an extra bed and a $90 refund upon check out and that was a good deal but until now i didnt get the refund and its 2weeks already after our check out.
