We visited family and friends, so the location was great. Everything was pretty nice but the place could use a little work to update the hotel
Great customer service, clean, comfortable
The hotel and staff were great. Only downfall was there was no hot water. We were only there for the night so I took a quick shower and never said anything to the hotel.
The hotel room was nice. I have no complaints there. The breakfast left something to be desired. It was individually wrapped muffins and granola bars. That was it.
Nice facility with friendly staff. Within close proximity to stores and Downtown Cleveland.
Disappointed The staff was wonderful. The room wasn't really clean and the room and hallway reeked of cigarettes. The shower was terrible and the water wasn't hot.
