Great rooms, stinky 2nd floor hallways We had 2 rooms , one on the 1st floor, one on the 2nd floor. Rooms were very nice, beds and couches were comfortable, service was great.The only issue I had was the 2nd floor hallway smelled like marijuana at night

FIRST TIME STAYING AT AN ESA Wonderful. Front desk was extremely accommodating and nice. I had just had surgery and they made my relaxation comforting at this hotel. Definitely coming back

Property is well kept. easy access from parking. dishes were a little short. room was neat and clean

Good location near the Cleveland area. Several restaurants close by and a hospital right down the street if need be. It’s been a quiet stay and the staff has been courteous and helpful.

hallway in need of a vacuum , my room had serious draft need wall unit , dirty socks found in drawer

Not the place to stay for a vacation. Front desk people very nice, no housekeeping unless you stay over 7 days (not told that) rooms outdated and the walls in my room had stains on them. Dog crap all over the place outside and trash bags that were there for days, no outside maintenance. Cable had 30 channels, including 3 showtime (2 were the same) 3 espn and reception was not the best. Don't look for a breakfast!
