Well I used expedia as I always have for the best price. Many many friends recommend it and I loved it. Sunday the 3rd sept I went on line and the price they billed me was $145.00. When I check in the lady told me $110.00 I was shocked of the $35.00 more by Expedia. Any answers? Monte Lalman 601 Free Rein #1 Horseshoe Bay Tx. 78657

Dirty floors and bathroom

Our room smelled disgusting the entire time we were there. We asked for air dragnet and they gave us a bottle of Fabreeze and we used almost the entire bottle and it still smelled horrible. When we got into our room, the refrigerator was defrosting and smelled horrendous. They did swap it out for another right away. When we went to check in we were told there were no king beds which is what we reserved and then they finally said okay we could get one but would have to wait. We will never stay there again.

I did not like just about everything at this property, there were stains on the bed and bedsheets. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathtub was excruciatingly small. There was Also a broken knob on the stove. And last but not least they said they had a breakfast but the only things they had were coffee, muffins, oatmeal that you had to put in a cup, and granola bars.
