ESA CO Springs Requested a non-smoking room, called a few days in advance of checking in to confirm, was told we would get a non-smoking room. We arrived, and got a smoking room, but the hotel was full and we were told that non-smoking room preferences are NOT guaranteed (even though I'd called ahead of time). The smoke made us miserable and aggravated our sinuses, and made our clothes smell.

Beautiful view of Pikes Peak...? NOT! The purpose of my trip was my 40 year high school reunion and I specifically wanted a hotel with a kitchen and a view of Pikes Peak. The kitchen was fine but the view of Pikes Peak from my room wasn't there because the seal on the double pane glass was so badly damaged you couldn't see anything! Average family traveling Well first here was something NASTY on our bed spread. They brought us a new one but still! The hotel was otherwise nothing fancy but not the worst hotel. The trash room was gross and it would have been nice if they had dishwashing liquid in the room since you had to was your own dishes-- When they say two stars they are not kidding-- this is a low end hotel.

Never again will we stay there!!! We asked for a non smoking room. Got a smoking room. Called the front desk and they offered to come and spray the room with air freshener. Pillows and bedding smelled from stale cigarettes. I was told I had to BUY internet service. Our friends also stayed at the same hotel and were offered FREE Wi-Fi and they were 5 doors down from us! No maiad service until you stay 7 days. 2 days was the longest I could stay. Hotel was old and run down. Bathroom tile was cracked. No shampoo was offered. Ha... read more

Disappointing Upon check in, we were told no king beds available--we had booked 2 over a month before, with no offer to make things right. Air Conditioner did not work in 1 room, maintenance was called, but it still didn't cool anything. Just didn't get what we booked and that's an issue

smelt horrible i had asked for a non smoking room and i went to three different non smoking rooms and all 3 rooms smelt like smoke. one of the smelt like smoke and onions it was horrilbe. i didn't even stay there since all they had left was smoking rooms. i will never stay there again.

did not get a non-smoking room I reserved a non smoking room and late check-in. Turns out all the non smoking rooms were full by the time I arrived at the hotel. The room was very stinky and to top it off the room was next to the electrical equipment room. The constant on and off of the equipment in that room ruled out any possibility of getting a good nights sleep. After two nights I left this hotel, even though I was in town for 6 nights.
