There were roaches in the room I stayed in and I verified that if I put a cash deposit down due to needed the cash back asap when I checked out they said yes I would get it back but I did not they didn't have a register at that hour and I still have not received the money for the deposit I paid for the room
If you need Internet, stay away! Stayed for 6 days. Pros: Close to highway and stores. Cons: Free Internet is a joke, almost unusable, I got .6-.8 mbps and a ping of 800-925ms. They outsourced their ISP to another company so you can't even complain to them. (I tried dialing their support # and got put on hold for 10min!). Also, no real breakfast, just granola bars and coffee.

Just a gross hotel. The other guests looked shady. We could smell marijuana in the stair case. Also, at 5;30 am when we left the hotel someone was smoking it by the door. The beds were small. Towels cheap and thin. The kitchen was out dated and cheap looking.

Not the greatest feeling being in that room very disappointed for the money you pay.

Do NOT stay here Dirty room, dirty shower that looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the previous guests. NO kitchen supplies, super SLOW internet. Breakfast was some granola bars, apples or a small prepackaged muffin. The only good thing I can say is that the guy who checked us in was very nice
Did not enjoy stay. Hotel is outdated and was overbooked. Staff was unfriendly
Close to everything in Colorado Spring Location was great: near the Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, easy onto I-20. The staff is nice and does what they can with what they have but hotel itself is shabby-workout carpets, noisy air conditioning units and thin linens.
Never stayed. After booking and showing up to hotel I was asked to make $100 deposit either in cash or on my credit card. Although I understand the need for such practices, I still find it impersonal and insulting.
