bad cancel policy Stay was cancelled but not confirmed as cancelled and hotel would not give any refund or credit

Bad stay Stayed only one night. Never stayed at this chain of hotels before. There was hair on the floor in the kitchen area and in the bathroom. Toilet paper roll was empty. There was an extra roll so that was good. No body lotion or hair conditioner provided.

Dirty, Dirty Hotel Room I am sorry to give this hotel a bad review. Our room was very dirty. I actually left it cleaner than I receieved it. The floor is the kitchen & bathroom was not washed. I washed it and rag was BLACK. Splash marks on the kitchen walls. Dirty cabniets. Dust on mirrors, switches, lamps, walls, etc. They give you kitchen dishes in a box, to assure they are clean & fresh. I had to wash all those before using. Bug bites The price was too good to be true. Although I only stayed at the ESA for one night, I had bug bites on my leg and arm. Not sure if they were from bed bugs or fleas (several nearby rooms hosted dogs with their owners). The hotel had absolutely no amenities - not even a lobby. I realize it's for weekly and/or monthly stays, but even long-term users want to be able to get out of their room and go somewhere other than the parking lot.

JUST OK Certainly did not have any extras. Barely a bar of soap. No hair dryers or other amenities. Basic bones only. For the price, would expect a little more. No breakfast, no pool, nothing. Would not stay again at this chain. Want more for my money.

Acceptable/ barely Not the greatest place, but it was pretty much what we expected given the price.

worst plkace ever The stay was bad . The whole place smelled like wild animals had stayed there the night before . The lady said management would call me about my stay and they never did . Don't waste your money on this place .
