Decent value for the money but lacking Moved ottoman and trash was underneath chair was ripped bed was old but had a pad on it kitchen cabinets were very worn.

The hidden fee It was a nice room with bad cable and worse Internet. I have never been in a extended stay hotel with kitchen, that didn't provide pots and pans.

Not what I expected I paid extra for a non smoking room in which the room had smoke residue , the hallways were smokey as well as the stairwells. The check in person was not professional in stating my room number and phone number out loud to the lobby people while I was checking in. The carpet was grungy as well as the blankets and overall it did not fell clean nor safe.

Not up to standard and expensive Expensive and poor condition, not clean, especially for such a high price. I would not recommend to anyone.

Not very clean The room needs a good DEEP cleaning. It had a doggy smell. Carpets were dirty. The blanket on the bed was dirty & very scratchy. The towels were thin & needed fabric softener & bleach . Not a clean room.

Hotel needs to be remodeled and guess rooms are very outdated, seriously.

Would not reccomend. Staff was ok. Hotel was not. No ice bucket, no ice machine, no channel guide, no conditioner, horrible breakfast, almost no amenities except for laundry room. Not comfortable at all.

Not a good experience I reserved 3 rooms at this hotel for me and my family and 2 of my friends. We chose Extended Stay because of the convenience of having a kitchenette. Driving several hours from where we were to Colorado Springs was really exhausting. We expected that when we arrive at this place, we would just drop our luggage and explore the city.
