Not as reserved We reserved a "1Bedroom suite king non smoking". When we checked in, we found that they had put us in a room that more correctly would be called a "Studio king non smoking", The front desk told us that they did not have any rooms with a separate bedroom.

Thank God I can do better Terrible hotel chain. It does unfortunately have a niche of people that it appeals to in 2010. Dingy towels, nonfunctioning TV, room smelled like smoke, dirty tub.... I pray I never have to live/stay in such conditions -- stay across the street at the Marriott Courtyard for only 20 more dollars !!!!

Below average experience [...] When I arrived at the hotel I was put into a non-smoking room. After inquiring as to the availability of a smoking room the front desk informed me that they only had one clean smoking room and it was reserved for a guest that hasn't arrived yet. I explained to them that I reserved a smoking room and would like to move in to one. The front desk then called the guest and left a message for them to find out if they were arriving that night. MONEY PIT The place was in shambles, huge dryer's because of a flood, the room was horrible, sheets dirty and when I asked for directions in the morning for breakfast the front desk just pointed in a direction and that was it. I would never stay there again. I went to a near by hotel for directions and they gave me a map, wrote out were I needed to go and offered addtional assistance.

Not great for price television did not come in very well. Lights in ceiling need to be cleaned out. Drains in tub and sinks did not drain very well.

DISGUSTING! The hotel was probably the most gross hotel and unsafe place i have EVER stayed. My pillow cases were DIRTY to start off with. The blow dyer had sticky things on the handle. When i first opened the room key they gave me it was not cleaned and bed was not made! My door would not shut it self so i would have to make sure it would shut all the way! The work out room was gross and smelled. The service was terrible. It was sad bc we have stayed at the marriott down the street and it was so nice! I was so dissappointme... read more

A trip like no other I have never stayed in a place that had stains on the sofa and chairs......what kind of stains only the Lord knows. The bed, sheets and spreads had holes from cigarette burns. The carpet was dirty as well. The only bright spot was the hotel clerk, but that is not enough to make me want to stay here again.
