Customer Service very bad The manager was unprofessional and had to be told by employee to be nice. Would never return to this hotel.

Inexpensive - but you get what you paid for It was a very inexpensive rate. But you get what you pay for. The continental breakfast was about as lean as you can be. Instant oatmeal, snack bars, apples, and coffee. Rooms had been bare-minimum maintenance... the bathroom exhaust fan sounded like a locomotive engine. But things "worked" and were basically clean.

What a disaster Excusing the fact that the hotel was in the middle of renovations, we booked two adjoining rooms, but when they gave us the keys, one room was already occupied and we ended up on two separate floors. The sofa bed in one room had never been unpacked and we needed to get scissors from the front desk after our call to the front desk was never answered. There's more but this highlights it. Under Renovation. Will be nice once completed. The hotel is under renovation. Our room was pretty nice but you could tell there was still work to be done. The bathroom fan didn't work and a few light switches did absolutely nothing. We arrived at the hotel late at night after a concert and the front doors were locked. A sign said 'Office Hours ...-11pm. After a brief moment of panic we saw the doorbell attached to the wall labeled after hour arrivals. Not so "Refreshed" The extended stay hotel was in the process of "refreshing" it's rooms - something not known to me before checking in. It would have been nice to know that there would be construction odors and noise before taking the room. One day, the water was turned off for 5 hours due to renovation - not so convenient for me. I got a "refreshed" room; however, the curtains were water stained and frayed, the drawers would not close because they were not crooked, and those that did close, did not stay closed; the refrige... read more

Close to family The bathrooms and the bathrooms were smelly and nots clean. The sofa beds were filthy.
