Extended Say America Ruins a Weekend I made a reservation for Saturday night through Travelocity. I printed the confirmation. The wife and I showed up at Extended Stay America-Columbia-Columbia Corporate Park and was told that the confirmation was no good and that there was no room because Extended Stay had rented the room to another party at a higher rate than the Travelocity rate. Good job Travelocity/ Extended Stay America-Columbia-Columbia Corporate Park!

too bad we were not able to stay because we booked online and when we got there we couldnt be accomodated since it was fully booked. This unfortunate thing happens i know but the lady on the front desk aggravated the situation as she was cold. Sweet words would have been appreciated at that time.

It's a very noise due to the working sound of the refrigerator and air condition in the night. Also, I found a cockroach in the bathroom.

Not a place to be Nothing works at this hotel. The Internet is a joke even though I paid for high speed. Please don't reserve this hotel

If you have allergies don't stay here It was memorial day weekend and I had my dog and I was not planning on staying in a hotel. This hotel was available and they took pets which worked out. The outside facility was nice and the rooms are fairly large which is also nice but the mattresses on the bed are hard and my mother kept sneezing and her allergies flared up every time we were in our hotel room. Location was the best part Stayed at this hotel due to the proximity to the Loyola Center around the corner. The room just felt uncomfortable with the arrangement, and it was just cheap. The appliances were worn and rusty, the sheets and towels old and almost in a state of disintegration by being washed (hopefully) year after year. "Breakfast" was bitter, cheap coffee, and disgusting muffins on a table. I did not even notice a bowl of fruit. This property is in need of a major renovation.
