Roaches I will never stay again

Roaches While the staff was wonderful, the fact that the TV remote did not work, the microwave required minor service were small in comparison to the fact that my room was infested with roaches. My family & I come to Columbia regularly and enjoyed the convenience of a kitchenette, however we will be looking for another hotel to stay in.

I will not stay in an extended stay again! It is over priced for the value of the stay without any maid service. They should disclose this prior to accepting a booking, it is very deceiving how they go about it.!

Event The staff were unprofessional. There was a women on the front desk, she was always eating in the back room and was never on the front desk. That person should be on the front desk to represent the company.

Could have been worse When we got in our room, we immediately had to turn around and walk out because of the odor. It was enough to make us gag. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and super helpful. She gave us another room that was slightly larger with a bigger bed. I offered to pay the room difference and she would not let me. She was very pleasant but that was about the only bright spot. The new room still had a bathroom that reaked of body odor and there was hair in the shower. We would not stay here again

Creepy crawlers We stayed here for the M3 Festival because another travel booking company (nameless) made reservations for the wrong nights at Courtyard by Marriott, our usual spot. Where are the ice machines? We never had maid service, they didn't exchange our towels. We used the public bathroom as our toilet stopped up & there is no desk service 11 pm to 7 am...and I love waking up to an ant crawling on me, they lived on my nightstand and all over the wall by the window AND in the kitchen. I was glad to leave.

Ok It's a fancy red roof inn. I was a bit annoyed that they didn't have any shampoo or conditioner just one little bar of soap. The room was pretty tiny too and the air conditioning was super noisy.

Nice Concierge Personnel, dirty room I arrived after hours and I had no problem checking in. The person at the desk was very nice and welcoming. I entered the room and noticed the kitchen and bathroom counters were dirty, so I cleaned them with clorox wipes, but the worst was looking under the covers of the bed. The sheets were dirty, as if they had not been changed!!! It was so late I slept on a towel and asked for new sheets the next day, no service, just the sheets. You have got to be kidding me Arrived late there was no direction given to where we should park to get to our room. The bed was not made there were dirty towels in the bathroom they switched our room however that room smelled like pot and neighbors were very loud all night long . in the morning we were greeted by a great dean dog in the hallway and breakfast consisted of an oatmeal bar .... do not go to this hotel
