Disappointed Unlikely I will stay at this hotel again. Found water on kitchen floor, microwave didn't work, dishwasher was secured with blue tape, Room windows were open which is a security issue. Found cigar wrapper and women bracelet inside pullout sofa. Shower did not drain. Pool closed even though website says it opened Memorial Day. Very limited staff. Wait lines at front desk.

Horrible Hotel Terrible experience for $125 a night. Everywhere smelled of smoke, floor dirty when I arrived, front desk service did not exist. When I asked about service for the room they told me to come down to the desk and get my own towels. They told me to make my own bed and if I wanted fresh sheets because I was staying there for a week I could come down and get those and make my own bed. Will not return The room needs major updating. There was a weird stale smell in the room. The tub and tiolet had stains on them. They did not make up the beds the next day. Disappointing!!!!

Hotel breakfast was horrible. A few prepackaged muffins and snack bars and a handful of instant oatmeal packs. We had to wait forever for them to brew coffee. They had a vat that was supposed to be for hot water to make tea or oatmeal but it was like warm at best and they refused to refill it.

Terrible hotel but great svc from Hotels.com My husband was never able to check in. Reservation name was mine and not my husband (systems must have substituted my name when I checked out.) They did not try to resolve - they turned my husband away - didn't even offer him another room or call Hotels.com to fix. So my husband left and went to another hotel. The manager was vacuuming the lobby and seemed to want to do that rather than help him. But Hotels.com DID refund my money based on the fact that they were so rude to us. Th... read more
