awful experience Had three rooms. Room 301 walked in on a naked man. Room 309 heat did not work. Room 312 heat did not work. Room 329 heat worked bit room in terrible conditions. Toilet stopped up, holes in the drapery, nasty spot on the carpet and mattress. Trash in the hallway. Woman at front desk at check in not so nice. Chris very helpful and polite. This was a total waste of money and I will never stay there again!!!!!
Cheap, but disappointing even at the price. No Dailey housekeeping. You had to go to the desk to exchange towels. "Breakfast" was a joke. The rate was low, but you got what you paid for.
This was the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. This is a very filthy establishment. I will never stay in the hotel again!
Booked room for my visiting brother. Unclean, mold, dirty/worn carpets. Hotel has not been renovated. My brother had to cancel the condition of the room was not satisfactory.
Disgusting The outside of the hotel looks great. Check-in was good. There was mold n the bathroom and the shower curtain was disgusting. I checked out late that night. There was no one on the front desk. The lady that came up to the desk to assist me said she doesn't work the desk and I would neeed to contact someone the next day because they had all gone home. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I will not stay there again.
Pictures Inaccurate Room was clean, but the pictures that I received of the hotel were very inaccurate. Guest services informed me that the hotel was renovated in 2010, but it did not appear to be a full renovation. The couches, carpet, bed, and bathroom fixtures were all still old. They had stains and spots. The bathroom tub was not very clean. In my room, when I got ready to lay down on the bed, the entire bed fell and they has to come repair it.
