Ghetto but not ghetto New on the outside, noisy and worn out inside. A suite, but have to ask for everything - Yes, not even coffee pot in the room. Grab-n-go breakfast is more go than grab. For the same price other hotels give a better deal.

I've slept better in Las Vegas hotels I booked this room for one night because I had an appointment nearby that evening & the next morning. I thought it would be more convenient than driving the 20 mins from Baltimore. I wish I had just made the extra drive. The staff (upon check in) was perfectly nice & friendly. I checked in quickly but had to go back out so I didn't see the room until hours later when I returned. Not Great.... It is an 'extended stay' hotel that does not have any dishes that can be used in the rooms. I am fine with out having daily cleaning service - but it would be nice to have dishes to use in the provided kitchen. No even a coffee pot. Breakfast was pre-packaged muffins and granola bars - quite sub-par....

A éviter Nous arrivons à 23h avec 4 enfants. La dame de la réception est à peine polie. On semble la déranger pendant sa nuit. Elle affiche une mise blasée, pas une esquisse de sourire, mais beaucoup de soupirs. Nous rentrons dans la chambre, le lave-vaisselle est enfoncée dans sa partie basse. Le micro onde dans un état déplorable. Le sofa qui doit recevoir 2 enfants n'est pas prêt. Aucun draps ni oreillers. do not stay here We are currently staying here at room 220 at extended stay, columbia state park, columbia md. we had booked trough hotes.com and i paid almost 300 for 2 nights. first off, the staff is friendly but the rooms are atrocious. the exhaust in the bathroom does not work, the microwave does not work, there are what looks like tomato stains on the kitchen cabinet knobs. we complained about the mocrowave coz we have a baby and need to sterilize our bottles but they said there is no maintenance person on the weekends.... read more

Hotel nightmare ! I booked and paid in full for my stay at Extended Stay America. When I arrived late 1:30 AM tired and ready for bed. I was asked by the front desk lady if I called and cancelled my room and I said no. She told me there was a late check in fee of $60.00 I needed to pay. I told her that was crazy I never have paid a late check in fee. She then said she would reduce my fee to $109.00 per night and I told her I already paid for the room for $384.19 in full on Hotels.com and showed her the receipt.Then she asked... read more
