Dingy Hotel I stayed two nights here and held my breathe the whole time. The rooms weren't really clean and I mean rooms because I changed from one to another. Continental breakfast should just say coffee and prewrapped danish... All in all not an enjoyable trip and I would'nt recommend it.

Close to Merri weather post Looks are very deceiving. Checked in, went to room they were installing linoleum right in front of our room, we couldn't rest due to all the noise they were making. Next morning we showered and left by 8am. Came back to our room around 11:30pm and the room had not been cleaned. No new towels or anything..... Very disappointed in the stay won't recommend this place to anyone.....

Sooo dirty, I gave my money away!!! Worn, filthy, & smelly. There were holes in the wall, hair on the floor, marijauna on sheets of (made up) mattress, and stains on the furniture and curtains. Left within minutes of entering. Location is not everything in this case. Should have heeded the first notion that every vehicle in the lot has obvious indicators that they belonged to construction subcontractors. Would NEVER go back, not even enough water pressure to take a shower. Do not recomend This place bites, for lack of a beter word.............

Don't be fooled by the well kept grounds and lobby I booked this room for my mom so she didn't have to worry about driving after her surprise party and I needed enough room for her and my 2 aunts. I was impressed with the rate and the professionalism of the staff, but once I got inside the room it was a disaster, starting at the door! First room we were in was not cleaned at all, razors and extras still in the bathroom. Refrigerator had spoil food in it. They moved us to a second room which was much cleaner but was not the same room we had reserved. Staff was very nice but I feel like we could of been compensated for our trouble after all the reason of renting the room was because we were traveling and tired the last thing we expected was to go threw all that.

disgusting DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! i booked a non smoking room and when i got there " all they had left was a smoking room" . the room consisted of dirty rags on the floor , burn holes in the carpet and bedspread. the room smelled like mold and cigarette smoke. the stairwell was used as a smoking lounge ( butts, ashes etc.) and the advertised breakfast buffett is not available on the weekends... i would not recommend to anyone... m3 goers avoid this place at all cost..

I would only recommend this hotel to your worst enemies. The first room I stayed in was in desperate need of renovation. Everything had stains: the carpet, shower curtain, bedding... There was a dead beatle on the floor. The pillow was extremely poor quality, as were the sheets. The last straw was having ants crawling on me while I was in the shower. I asked to change rooms.
