Leaves More to Be Desired The room refrigerator sounds every hour and consistently interrupted my sleep because the sound was similar to that of a bomb going off. The breakfast is not desirable; it consists of runny oatmeal and lacks juice or water options for those who do not drink coffee. The facility also lacks a business center and front desk staff are not permitted to print documents for guests.

At times hallways had the scent of marijuana on all floors. Staff aren’t the most cheery but do their jobs efficiently. Interior of the hotel isn’t the most inviting. Poorly lit and the elevators are humid. Appliances in the room kitchens seemed very outdated. Microwave didn’t work but constantly shone a bright light, had to cover it with a towel from the outside. Had to wait 25 minutes to check in, no extra pillows or blankets. Advertised free breakfast but only had coffee and granola bars available.

Room was mostly clean, but there were several broken things and things that are missing. The breakfast is basically coffee, muffins and instant oatmeal. Don't expect anything else. Not really worth what I paid for it.

“Free WiFi” is a bit deceptive. The free WiFi they offer is useless. When you sign in you are given the option to upgrade to paid WiFi, which was I believe 5.99 a day. (There were other options too.) I wouldn’t have minded paying if they hadn’t advertised the “free” part. The breakfast is also a joke. When we came downstairs at 7 (breakfast started at 6 or 6:30), there was only coffee, tea bags, packets of instant oatmeal and some cereal bars. No juice/milk/yogurt/pastries.
