Should have mentioned work being done on the roof When we arrived we were told that work was being done on the roof until 8Pm and would resume at 8AM. Problem was that we were going to be out late and booked the hotel so we could sleep in !! Had I known that when I booked, I would have gone elsewhere. Especially for the price, it was a little exasperating to now have to be up and out by 8am to avoid the noise.

Its was ok. It smelled bad, and it was dark in the rooms. We found trash left by previous guests under furniture and in drawers. They don't offer housekeeping unless you stay longer than a week, so your expected to take out your own trash.

Poor hotel, good area. The kitchen floor was sticky. Minimal hot water. Overall dirty bathroom. Only good part is location! Near good restaurants and shopping.

Good location, but stay away. I got there late at night. I waited about five minutes for somebody to come up to the counter since there wasn't anyone manning the night desk. When nobody responded, I called the hotel number, it rang for a long time until the night clerk stumbled in groggy and never said a word when he checked me in. I was too tired to care. The hotel stay was just ok. The stay met my need. There was no ice machine. I had to request that they put a top sheet on my bedding. Not thrilled with the stay, but it met my ned.
