Everything was fine except the young lady who checked me in on 9/1/19. Not very helpful at all. Asked me for my cell phone and email address without an explanation why. Asked me to sign an electronic receipt (she knew there was no stylus while I was looking for one.) I had to ask where is the stylus and before she replied "Just sign with your finger." Afterwards, she handed me an envelope with some writing on it and said, "Here you go". Didn't inform me what my room number is, wifi info, elevation location, nothing. She need... read more

Smoke alarm had been removes from the ceiling and was on top of fridge. Tub sunk in middle and had discolored anti-slip stuck to bottom. Floor could have used a good cleaning (rug). Had to request any glassed or silver needed (other extended stays we have used were much better. Microwave needs replacement as appears parts missing and does not operate properly (RM 224). No local information available though desk said they could goggle. otherwise stay was uneventful.

Condition not good Bed and carpet clean. Toilet bowel, Frig and stove was not cleaned well. Bussiness center... None. Breakfast... Coffee was thick enough to walk on and luke warm.
