A little more spacious First time staying in one..Much different than the regular Hotels...recommend a separate area to sit inside the room

Need night time staffing There was no one at the desk overnight. I went outside to smoke a cigarette when I used my key to enter the building my key didn't work, I tried calling the front desk using the phone provided in the vestibule and no one answered. I call my fiance who was sleeping to come downstairs and open the door. I spent 30min outside in 32 degree temperature trying to get back into the hotel. It was a nightmare
