Was the first time staying here. Everyone one was very helpful and friendly. If we have another event to attend in Columbia Maryland. This would be my go to hotel. It was convenient to every place we needed to go.

Front desk personnel wasn't available and wasn't able to get in touch with them for 30 min to check in room was clean had 1 trash can and Towels had some stains on them

Advertise breakfast but more like a grab and go Room was ok, bathroom door would not close, it was to big. Facet in sink, hot and cold reversed. We had someone above us stamping on the floor (our ceiling) well into 2am. Hard to sleep. I read breakfast in the ad and was expecting a breakfast. Simple hotel. Nice room with fridge and microwave and sink. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Price was good. Uber ride to Merriweather for a concert was not too bad. I general nothing bad about the place from our experience. Quality little hotel.

Overall the property is not the best extended stay I’ve visited. There are obvious repairs that need some attention in the rooms such as updated bathrooms and kitchen area. The room was more a 2 star rating. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. I didn’t stay overnight, only used to room to get ready for an event nearby. The price of the room vs. the room quality didn’t match.
The property was a bit outdated well the room for that matter. The bathroom was very small. The front desk staff a young lady who was a bit much. My partner asked for an extension on checkout. We were informed that anything after noon would be additional fees. We were called twice after 11am which didn’t make much sense if we asked for a late check out. Also the room wasn’t worth the cost we were charge. The area wasn’t bad at all.
