Need some work Our room stunk like old sweat socks. Musty smell. Smell of weed in hallway and bikes for sale at the one end. Just looking like someone was really an extended stay! Front desk nice and helpful. Could be a nice hotel just needs to be cleaned up a bit.
Usually great, but... Stayed 4 times. All were great and without a hitch. Our most recent stay was disappointing. First, an hour after we checked in, another guest had the same room key and tried to get in Our room. They double booked the room, apparently. I complained to night staff and she hardly acted like she cared. Night staff also made a mistake on our payment, then locked us out of our room. Previously we paid all at once. Needed a place close to Merriweather Suited its purpose for friends meetup and the room was a good size. The kitchenette is the seller!
Everything as advertised Close to lots of dining, and about halfway between Baltimore and Washington, DC. Nosy staff member asked me what I was doing during my stay.
What happened The bathroom was not so clean. The toilet did not work so good either.
Too expensive for too little Too expensive for the room received. Beds too small, mattress rough, pillows hard. Grab and go breakfast was a packaged muffin , 1 kind only or a granola bar (single) thst was Peanut butter and we have a peanut allergy!
The staff is the high point of this hotel When we arrived at 1:30 am in the morning, the man at the desk informed us that expedia had cancelled our reservation. He then spent 20 or so minutes sorting things out and gave us the discounted rate promised. The room was a little worse for the wear, but the staff balanced out the negatives of the room.
