First of all, we didn't know extended stay means the rooms will only be cleaned once every 14 days. Also, free breakfast was a joke, although they advertise this being a smoke free place, every night after midnight we would get a strong smell of weed to the point that we couldn't breath and had to walk outside for a fresh air. Bathroom smelled like crap and carpet was filthy. Will never stay and this property again.

There is a kitchenette with frig, stove, and microwave, but there are no pots, pans, plates, cups, or silverware. So there isn't much use in having a kitchenette. Worse, there was no coffee maker in the room. The breakfast they serve downstairs is just a granola bar. There never seems to be anybody at the front desk.

I didnt like being told that they were overbooked and didnt have any rooms when i arrived. I didnt like being given a dirty room with no sheets and being told to dress the bed myself with new sheets. I didnt like the dead cockroach on my window sill. I didn't like the no breakfast when the website says free breakfast on it.

Unclean, smelly, terrible hotels.com service Canceled the reservation. Every part of the room has a different smell. We tried 2 different rooms and both were unclean. We were told we get a refund and still haven’t gotten it. Hotels.com has been very UNHELPFUL. Have gone through 2 customer service agents. Moral of story, dont stay at this hotel and dont go through hotels.com

Don't take room 205! The shower didn't work, door lock is broken, refrigerator door is dirty & beaten up, night table looks like someone was practicing their knife skills.

The room was dirty and fixtures were old and dusty. Will never stay there again. I want a refund asap
