At a first glance it looks like a nice clean hotel. The staff at the front were very nice. The beds were very uncomfortable and the second day there I woke up with a bed bugs rash.

Terrible rooms Overnight stay, hotel chosen for location and supposedly included breakfast, it did not have breakfast, there were packaged muffins, no fruit, not even toast and bagels, most importantly not a decent cup of coffee due to coffee mate being sweetened, no plain coffee mate or even powdered creamer. The lobby looked great but the rooms are outdated with cheap worn out furniture, dirty kitchen and mold in tub in bathroom. The beds did not have mattress pads, just sheets and lumpy pillows. Would not recommend When checking in we asked for a luggage cart and were told that we needed to give our license in order to get one. When we arrived on our floor it smelled like marijuana. When we got in our room, there was a full kitchen with not one piece of kitchen utensils, toaster,coffee maker, dishes, NOTHING!! We asked at the front desk and were told that we needed to request these items! We did get some in a drain board in a plastic bag. The television in the bedroom only had analog channels. I never got my room I got to the hotel and the lady at the desk informed me that there weren't any more rooms available after I had already booked the room. I had to travel all the way back home to Charleston that night. Absolutely ridiculous!

there was no hair dryer, no hangers to hang your clothes, no coffee pot, when asked about the items missing was told they get taken and we would have to be moved to room where these item could be found. they advertised a workout room but none of the equipment worked along with the television in that room was also inoperative.

Never stay in this hotel chain again. Room was very dirty. Kitchenette appliances look like they came form junk yard. Bathroom door look like someone kicked and open a hole on it. This place is not a 3 star hotel. The only thing that look good is the outside part of the building and the lobby.

Beds were uncomfortable, breakfast was muffins and coffee, tub had mold in it! Didn't feel comfortable letting my family shower. We just stayed one night.
