Its not far from Columbiana mall and restaurants. Its will kept and very clean. Will use again

Woke up early and needed to get ready and leave for a busy day. NO hot water in my unit! Went to the front desk and they said I could use the shower in another room. No hot in that room either. Not the way you want to start your day!

It is fairly clean but I requested a wakeup call 3 different times never happened the breakfast is breakfast bars if lucky coffee

Poor plumbing system room 431 The clerk at the front desk was very accommodating and nice when we checked in. Our original room (422) smelled like smoke and the furniture in my opinion was beat up. She quickly gave us another room. The new room smelled and looked much better however the toilet does not flush and the bathroom sink holds water.
