Nice location in relation to the highway. Exterior was very attractive. Unfortunately, the room wasn't clean to my expectations. Previous patrons hair in the bathroom, drain was clogged, not sure I'd stay at a ESA again

The two bedroom suite with kitchen had a great layout for families. Cleanliness was good, but the drains were slow, iron and ironing board broken, and generally the place was in need of a refresh. The breakfast was very sparse and coffee watery.

I liked the actual room itself the spacing and setup was nice.I didn't like that one light didn't work because someone cut the cord and when I went to turn on the sink the knob fell off well it was never attached. Where my room was I could hear everything in the lobby and outside in the parking lot which was a little disruptive to my sleep.

I like the space that was available in the queen suite ... very spacious... I didn’t like the sofa bed very uncomfortable I could feel the springs in the mattress... TVs weren’t what o expected... for such spacious room I expected bigger TVs

Stay America I waited at the counter in the lobby to check in approximately 10 minutes. I saw the hostess on the side. She did not say, "I'll be with you in a minute." When she finally came to the counter, she seemed to be in a bad mood and was not welcoming. The room was clean and everything else was excellent.
