I didn't expect it to be quite so Bare Bones and basic. The bathtub and bathroom were dirty.

Front desk checking in & out was slow. No one was working the desk at approximately 7:45 pm so I had to wait for more than 5 minutes before someone showed up to work the desk. Check-out was slow because they were training. Clean room, great space

Service was ok but they need some serious upgrades I booked this hotel due to the location that was recommended by a friend who lives nearby. The area is nice and I felt safe at all times. The photos of the outside make it look nicer than it is. The lobby is fine and front desk people were friendly, if not overly so. Upon check in, we were given the rules "no smoking, no dogs," just as a large dog entered the front door. It did not have any indication of being a service animal but I didn't say anything. I saw bugs in the room, smoke detectir was hanging from the ceiling and the siao.package was already opened but left.

The tube in room 209 had some purple stuff in it. Shows that is wasn’t cleaned out. The grab n go breakfast bar should have some kind of juice for the little kids to drink .
