This hotel was close to the zoo which was convenient. One of the bes linens were dirty. And the staff at check in was helpful giving us new linen. But the manager the next morning made a bunch of excuses.

Front Desk associate was very plesant. Breakfast was a big dissappointment.

End of May booking Although I booked a 2 bedroom suite, instead I was given two rooms. This is the third time this has happened. What is the point in reserving a 2 bedroom suite if we are continually switched at the last minute? Not sure if I will choose this place again.
