Hotel staff was very nice. Rooms need to be upgraded. Our room had a smell to it the ac was not that good. Location was good resturants we close by so was the mall.
miss brittiney was great at first check in we had a room that was wrong , but when we thought they would give us a problem miss brittiney was great. after being on the road all day with four thirteen year olds my mind was already shot! she made it so simple ,it was great . we will stay there again on our next trip thru.
love-hate this hotel I love the huge rooms and that the room is away from the kitchen area....at most extended stays its all one room(hate that)this one is not its great for friends family to visit.. one thing i just dont like is the linens have burn holes in them and sheets seem to be discolored.. please update the linens.otherwsie this hotel is on my stay list everytime i travel through columbia...
PLEASE GET BETTER BEDS!!! Hotel wasn’t that bad of a place other than having to listen to everyone screaming every morning going down the hallways to my vehicle.

Clean but had an odor due to people cooking in their rooms Friendly people working there

The staff was really nice and was very accommodating. We got into the first room. We only booked one room, but that first room smelled of smoke and mildew, and so we came downstairs and brought her the workers the keys and explained to her that it stunk in the room really bad and then she gave us another room and that room had carpet on the floor that had white white substance in it, which we don’t know what it was so we came back out of that room and said that we were not gonna stay here and she was so amazing to be able to... read more

Not what’s advertised Room smelled like musty feet. Was to have a pull out couch, there was none. Stained sheets. No items in the kitchen as stated to cook with. Ohhh and don’t forget the $100 surprise security deposit! Not worth the $132 if you get in late you have to call the company from phone at the door?!? After 14 hrs on the road definitely not what we wanted to walk into 🙄
