The staff was not accustomed to working with a business traveler. This hotel largely caters to unhoused families. The police were in the lobby on a call when I arrived. They assured me that it was safe to check in. My week's stay was not terrible, but the staff was rather curt with their communications and seemed more accustomed to shutting noisy people down than to being helpful and providing the little courtesies that make business travel more agreeable. I did not get a chance to stay here as my reservation was canceled , the lobby was closed ,no one was there to speak with me left out in the cold with four young children try to find another room on a holiday weekend which took hours to find another one as hotels.com would not help locate another one.

The hallway smelled like weed and I had a headache. The people upstairs had children the were jumping. The people in the next room were loud until 4 in the morning and I could not sleep. Checked out at 6 am and complained to the front desk. I will not stay here again.

Most hotels in the area are good and have good stuff, but this one is probably the worst. After time consuming check in, we entered the room where found dead ants in the bed. While in the kitchen area, I saw a cockroach scatter from the microwave. The bathroom was cramped. When checking for more possible bugs, can tell the place was not dusted in awhile.

Lobby smelled of sewage, lobby elevator was severely damaged interior, dogs barking on all floors, security checkin was strenuous, many families congregating in the hallways, lights in room flickered, ceiling above shower leaked spectacularly, thought there were 2 showerheads, volume was loud, Rooms were not clean, used towels in the bathrooms, and smelled strongly of aerosol spray.

Skip This Hotel This hotel is a bit off the interstate, but not to far. The staff (concierge) was kind, courteous and helpful. She is the only reason this review is not completely unfavorable. An id had to be left in order to use the luggage trolley. We booked a very large suite with two bed rooms, and a full kitchen, but there were no utensils, pots, pans or coffee pot in the room.
