Avoid this place. The hallways stink so bad. There was garbage on the window ledge. The rooms were okay, just didn’t feel clean. The lights in the room were the CFL spirally bulbs, and kept flickering,and there was no light at all in the living room space. The elevator was sketchy and bouncy and the doors acted like they weren’t going to open. There’s not front desk staff after 10 pm.

Disappointed Awful stayed for 1 month never received housekeeping. My pets got fleas while staying at this property when management was told they totally overlooked it and NEVER showed concern. When I checked out they kept half of my deposit and claimed my two small dogs left MASSIVE hair in room which is not true. I asked to do a walk through w/management before I checked out but no one did so and I was told I would get my deposit back and to not worry. Cheap cheap Sleeper sofa was dirty. Beds were small. Check in clerk had her dog sitting on the counter. Rooms stink.

Showed up at 10:30 after traveling for hours. Tools someone 30 minutes to come to the lobby to let us in to our room. We had screaming and tired kids in the car. The rooms smell horrible.

This is the terrible company in the world 😠 😡. D'ont try to book this hotel because everything they put on the site is wrong. I didn't even sleep there because the place they give to people looks like it has been abandoned long time ago. I thing they are scammers. Don't give them your card . Kind of scary Let me start by saying Kriten, was AMAZING! She was very busy and people kept bombarding her and she was having problems with the ipad for check in, but stayed smiling and friendly! Now, for the rest. NO COFFEE anywhere in the building. No coffee pot in room, no free coffee in lobby. Cutlery had to be rented, no breakfast, towel policy is ridiculous. Bare bones hotel.
