Not my finest extended stay. The room must had not been cleaned or maybe used in a long while. I could not loosen up the shower handle. Called for help. They said it probably was calcified so I really knocked it and it came on. Jumping in the shower, I looked up and an old bar of soap and shampoo was on the top ledge of tub enclosure. It took asking three times for them to clean that up. They said that they would compensate me Friday night but atlas there was no compensation. Not a great sat.

Very Disappointed After driving 6+ hours, finally got there at 1 am. Clerk tells me they are sold out even though I have a paid reservation. Clerk offered no alternatives / options. Luckily I was able to call Hotels.com customer service. While on hold with Hotels.com outside the hotel, suddenly the clerk comes in a tells me they have a room for me. Last minute trip during SEC Football The hotel is fine for a last minute trip, it smelled like cigarette smoke in the room (even though i was warned that this is a non-smoking hotel). For myself and just a few nights it was fine. If i had my family, i would have needed to relocate to another hotel.

Not Good The hotel room was ok, but nothing stocked in the kitchen. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, we discovered the side door to the hotel from the parking lot was open and so was the door to the stairs. When we notified the desk clerk, we were told it would be fixed Monday (day after we were to leave). So anyone could enter the hotel and go up the stairs and our room was right opposite the stairs. Please Clean and/or Update the Hotel The hotel was completely different in person than what was shown in the pictures online. The hotel is older and in need of updating and cleaning. The elevator was dirty and the tiles in the ceiling of it were broken and hanging down. The room I was assigned smelled horrible. The smell was a mixture of cigarette smoke and mildew. Awful and overpriced. Room was less than average. NO ice maker at all in the place. Their answer was that we have ice cube trays (to be filled and frozen) which were nasty and dirty. No soap or shampoo. And, they charged us $175/night. Will NEVER stay there again.

Rip off for Family Weekend This hotel was not at all what I expected. I knew they were charging more because it was a busy weekend at the unitversity but there was no value. It was suppose to have a fully equipped kitchen. It had a kitchen with nothing in it and it was dirty. The bathroom was cleanish but the shower would not work. Not what I expected Had ants in kitchen, bathtub had pink goo in it and "breakfast" consisted of only prepacked muffins and granola bars. Nothing to drink but coffee.
