Ants everywhere!! Not only did the iron not work, there was no hair dryer and the room smelled like an ashtray but had to share our room with about 100 ants!! The hotel staff said she could could spray our room with us in it but that's all she could do! They were in everything we had left out on the counter while we were at a wedding! We cleaned up what we could but ants were not my choice of roommate!

We were given the wrong room number and tried using our keys to enter someone else's room. We had a bulb burned out and we tried getting a replacement. No one could get us one. The worst part was there was ants all over in the kitchen!

Hotel was dirty and smelled bad. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Creepy Last minute booking, dropping our son off at school. We arrived late and the hotel was extremely creepy. It smelled bad, the room didn't seem like it was clean - we suspected that the sheets weren't changed either. The gentlemen working the desk was friendly but looked to be all alone. We were concerned that someone was going to break into our car, nothing happened.

FILTHY-DISGUSTING-GROSS Check in went well!! Then came the nightmare behind door 311!! The sight was UNREAL!! Debris, crumbs, dried beverage spills on the counters, tables, nightstands, carpet and tile floors. The kitchen sink, microwave and refrigerator were FILTHY!! The bathroom counter, toilet, tub and floor had hairs everywhere!! The bathroom mirror had dried soap and toothpaste on it!! Unhappy Momma There was no one at the front desk when we came to checkin. We waited for quite awhile finally someone arrived. We rented two room. The first room was not ready for us even though we didn't not check in until 11pm. We were upgraded to a different size room because all of the queen room had not been cleaned that day. The second room was a double. One bed was so stained you could see it through the sheets, the other bed wasn't as bad. Just felt like overall not a clean rooms. Stay at your own risk. 1. Terrible. 2. Requested a quiet room when reservation was made and they first put on the noisy freeway side. 3. Besides noisy had to change rooms because it smelled like smoke. 4. Zoe the check in person had a terrible attitude (a real B______). 5. Only one plastic glass in the room. 6. Hole in blanket. 7.
