convienient and clean for the price. The bed was a bit too hard for me but my companion liked it. Each person we talked to in the lobby was friendly and courteous.

Was OK did not have ice maker was told there are ice trays and theyou take 3 hours

Bathroom not as clean as it should have been, ironing board did not work. Front desk did not have extra bedding sheets.
Great location ,very close to USC The room was clean but evidence of water damage in night stand and dresser. Faint smell of mildew,fridge needed to be replaced (weird odor and it wouldn't close)

The staff was very professional and friendly,. And The staff has been exceptional and made me feel very safe.. The rooms were very clean.Overall rating has been a 10 and I would recommend this hotel over many others..I felt right at home.. Professional and very friendly.

Great bed, but no elevator & you have to ask for dishes, even a glass for the bathroom. Generally good value, convenient, 10 minutes to downtown Columbia.
