For a no smoking hotel most rooms smell like smoke and old cigarettes.

Wreaked of cleaning products The service was excellent. My only complaint was that the room smelled strongly of cleaning products (despite a footprint in the bathtub from the last person who used the shower when we arrived), and that smell lingered all 3 days of our stay.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in at almost midnight was super sweet and accommodating. The room could have used an update, and it was tricky finding the entrance. It was worth the price we paid, but would stay again at the same rate.

Nice staff and clean room. It was a great experience for me. The room was clean and comfotable.

Could use a little cleaning. Although the staff was very friendly the few times we interacted, the room was somewhat untidy. There was hair on the bed linen and the exterior of the refrigerator was extremely dirty. I began seeing roaches in the bathroom along the baseboard so I made sure to keep all my baggage closed. You get what you pay for.

I find up. Cucachas The Guy in recepción was not friendly. And when check out maintenance crew was also not friendly.

Just needed a decent place to sleep The room is carpeted and had a smell. In the bathroom hair brushings were on the floor and the towels had stains.
