Check your room first The first room I had smelt like smoke and a sour mop, the carpet was nasty and tbere were holes in the door and wall. On top of that the heat didn't work. But once I mentioned it, the response was great. I ended up with a clean decent room with heat. The room number was 119 so avoid this room yuck.

Deserves the 2.9 rating as advertised. It was a quick overnight stop in route to somewhere else. Check in easy, quick to sleep, then up & gone.

Ok but has terrible policies If you book through a third party site like this one then you have to pay a $100 deposit. Which is not clearly defined any where on the website. My boyfriend and I had to combine our money just to pay the deposit which is going to take 3-7 business days to be back on our cards. Then when we checked out, they had some one come to our room and SNIFF it to make sure we didn't smoke in there before they'd agree to give us our money back at all! Get last minute stay, train kinda loud.. Like it for the price
Convenient and comfortable Was very pleased. Shaquan, was there from check in to check out and in between. Sweet, professional, helpful with my questions. Place was clean and offered little amenities I wasn't aware of. Although ours w s s not a leisure trip the zoo is very close and there is a lot to see&fo in the area.
