Clean hotel with reasonable pricing. Good location to downtown and friendly staff.

Pleasing Last minute selection but hotel was nicer than I expected for the price.
after a long day of travel i was first checked into an occupied room then went back and got our room which had exposed wires, the security lock on the door was broken off, the floorboards were coming off the walls, vinyl flooring was peeling back and when the sun went down cricket like bugs came out of it
The washer I used didn't work. All of the dryers had out of order stickers so I just chose on it worked with two days

It was so dirty. The room smelled heavily of smoke. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

I gave this an extra star because of how caring, understanding and cooperative the staff was (the morning manager, the little late night lady, the helpline woman, and the man who I think is named Kenji?). I'm so grateful I was able to receive a refund. Despite that, I had no idea what I was getting into. The "lobby" was small, dingy, and smelled wet and mildew-y.
