Room was smelling to weed and cigarettes,plus no housekeeping and everything was clean less

Room was gross doors on kitchenette were broken. door handle on bathroom was broken. Just dirty overall. Will never stay there again.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT STAY! Online photos are fake! TERRIBLE! Did not stay! Arrived later than we wanted due to not being able to locate the facility. Called the hotel and the front desk clerk was very nice in trying to help my family find where the hotel was located. Once we arrived, we knew it was sketchy. I walked into the front office to check in and the clerk insisted that I look at the room before checking in. She said “the furniture is busted up.” Grabbed my husband and walked to the room. Totally run down hotel. Room was missing cabinet doors, cigarette burns everywhere (supposedly a non-smoking hotel). First time I leave a bad review in all my travelling. Do not stay at this hotel.

The room was unacceptable and the attendant said Expedia would issue a refund. There is no way to obtain this refund on Expedia.

This place was filthy! The cabinets were cracked and broken and hanging off hinges. We actually stuck to the floor it was that bad. Booked for 3 nights, after 1st night, checked out and demanded refund! Furniture was also broken! I have pictures I am sending to Corporate for esa, hotels.com and BBB.
