Door would not lock. Very upset with this hotel. I've stayed here many times before but the staff was rude and wouldn't help me. You could walk up my hotel door and push it open. The door would not latch from inside or outside. So anybody could walk right in. I was traveling by myself so this was very scary. Only thing I could use while in the room was the metal fold over latch. I talked to the front desk about it and her response was "I don't have anywhere to put you" at the same time, she was discussing with a man behind t... read more
