Nice staff, poor level of cleanliness Looking for a quick place to crash near Easton, knowing I wouldnt be in the hotel much at all, and Ive had decent Extended Stay experiences previously. Well, the staff was friendly and seemed genuine. But, the room was absolutely gross - couters had a films i could wipe off, carpet full of a dusting or powder that was inconsistent thru the room. Room smelled of stale Indian curry food. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor cleanliness alone.

Staff hardly ever at the front desk, made us wait 10 minutes at time of check-in and next day had to wait 30 minutes after our key stopped working for the second time. Also, no coffee in the whole building past 9:30am and there was no coffee pot in our room. The place is run-down and looks like it’s in need of a thorough cleaning. The room itself wasn’t terrible, just real bad customer service.

Scary place A woman was screaming at the top of her lungs early in the morning. Then her partner and her proceeded to yell up and down the hall for hours.

Poor service Staff was very rude. There was a party next door, loud music. I called to complain, the call went to a call center in Kentucky. I complained to the lady on the phone and she said all I can do is walk to the desk. Which after I was already trying to sleep and in my pajamas. I have been staying at this hotel at least 2 to 3 times per year for past 12 years and it has declined. I believe the construction crews that stay here have really changed the overall experience. I will never return. It is sad to me as I like to frequent a known service. I notice the decline in the past 3-4 times I’ve been here but this stay was the definite decision to never return

Absolutely awful / stinky No cups in the room.. no coffee pot in the room.. dirty table and bathtub .. only breakfast was a pack of oatmeal and hot water!!!!
