Very nasty rooms. Sheets were dirty and stained. Counters and tables were sticky. Not a fun time at all

I guest room had to smoke smell although it was a non-smoking room. Had to change rooms. No toiletries outside of soap.

Hotel ran out of key so they let us in but not able to come out until next morning

Our room was not clean and even though someone was sent in to clean the areas of most concern, it wasn't an improvement.
